hey if your cats still sick consider taking them to the vet if you have a means of getting them there. my cat had similar symptoms and it turned out he had a respiratory infection and recovered a few days later after treatment

sadly, after taking her to the vet twice, they said they didn't know what was wrong. On the bright side, she seems to be getting better!
