The USAID's HRH2030PH OD Team has successfully presented the Patient Experience (PX) Case Study Research of Tondo Medical Center to its executives: Dr. Estrella (Medical Center Chief), Dr. Acuesta (Chief of Clinics), and Dr. Castillo (Office of Strategic Management). Awarded as one of the Top 10 Hospitals in the country, both public and private, TMC has expressed their belief and strong support on the PX concept.
