I take Boswellia as a preventative supplement for its anti-inflammatory and immune-balancing properties. At my age, it helps me with joint pain. Since I often order at the last minute, I appreciate a company that delivers supplements in a carefully packaged and prompt manner.

Pros: It does help with inflammation and joint pain, for me in my hips, ankles, and wrists in particular. Cons: Swallow it right away. It doesn't have a pleasant flavor. It won't help with injuries to joints. I have an injured shoulder I'm doing physical therapy to heal. Most recently I injured my knee. This kind of pain cannot be helped with supplements. You need a good NSAID and some topical pain relief cream/ointment. It's important to recognize supplements are preventative and ineffective for the immediate treatment of injuries.

💖Happy Monday my loves!! Hope you all had an amazing weekend!! Most of you know that I am really big on supplements that will improve my health and how I feel.
