Today at the gym, a 16ish year old kid was working out next to me. Irrationally, I was annoyed that he can outlift me. Like he was only doing 5-10 lbs more per arm on bicep curls but secretly I’m telling my arms “come on guys, you can do this”. I managed 5 20 lb bicep curls per arm, then had to swallow my pride and grab the 15s 😂
