I have sorta had it with incompetence.

I am a labor rights supporter, and twice a former union member. Everything is extra shit with america and the pandemic and I get it and I definitely understand the resentment, but in the end I have two choices as a (part time) employer:

1. Continue to pay a few people very well for their services (paying well above market rate pay, with health benefits, etc)

2. Just do the job the myself and cut other things out of my life.

and i know it will come as a big surprise if i let ppl go bc i am always positive but.
