At 8:37:03 GMT, a powerful EMP occurred with an epicenter in the ____ district of Tokyo, destroying electronic equipment in a ____km radius along with multiple satellites. For the following 47 seconds, residents of Tokyo report hearing extremely loud static, explosions and the sounds of intense winds, with the sounds undergoing repeated frequency shifts. 

After the incident, a portal to the digital world similar to the one found in ____ park and sealed off by government order was observed in the sky over ___ district.
