HOW did you learn to draw so realistic and beautiful? did you teach yourself or did you attend a class or did you sell your soul to the devil???

I have no soul but got some skills, w̵̛͙h̸̤̹̃̄a̵͎̔t̴̫̎ ̵̢̠͗d̴̩̈͝o̷͇͋ ̴̡̒ẏ̶̺͍o̴̺̾̄ủ̷̩͍̄ ̶͓̇t̶̬̣̓͆h̸̘̺̆ĭ̸̖̠͘n̸̲̽̈k̸̙̺̓ ̷̰͕̉I̴͙̥͌̀ ̸͍͎̌d̶̹͚̋i̷̬̍̄d̵̯̉͘?̸̦̯̄̇ ;^)

On a more serious note, no, I haven’t attended any classes. But what I /have/ done is, I drew some portraits using photos, basically attempting to copy those. You can find my last try on my blog, it’s a fanart of JackSepticEye. Drawing that gave me some understanding on how to paint skin, and I corrected my proportions somewhat. I still can’t draw very realistically and use simplistic lighting, but I guess I improved a bit.
