Could I ask you to do Meatball and Tool Arms?

New Quirk Name: Body Built

This Transformation type Quirk allows the user to grow out and shape their flesh. The user can then turn this into various inanimate objects, such as tools, weapons, and armor. This process refines and augments the tool in question. This is formed from the user's own biomass and gives it an organic look. These tools can vary in size or shape, such as making one as big as the user. These additions can be applied to the user's body or extended out from themselves on tendrils they make. For example, making a sword would be crafted from bone and sinew, but still cut as well as a regular blade. The user can make several of these, both of themselves or at the end of tendrils they control. This gives the user a versatile Quirk, able to build their body into and shape they see fit. They can battle enemies with different weapons, covers themselves in armor for protection, form new tools on the fly, adapt and augment their bodies with new additions, or just freak people out with their weird body. Though this is still part of the user's body, meaning that it getting hit can still be painful for the user. The user cannot make anything that complicated, such as a chainsaw, and cannot make too much of it without temporarily losing parts of their body.

May I humbly ask for Steel and Tool Arms?

I was so tempted to just make a Quirk that made a bunch of metal arms like it was Asura's Warth.

New Quirk Name: Toolset

This Transformation type Quirk allows the user to cover their body in a thin metallic shell. This helps to protect the user from harm, able to withstand gunshots without breaking. The user can form and morph this armor into various tools. This can be anything from simple as hammers to complex as jackhammers. The user can make these out of any part of their body, like making a chainsaw on their leg. This gives the user a good mix of options, with their malleable cover giving them plenty of offense, defense, and utility. They can battle enemies with their various instruments, block income against them, pound through debris disaster zones, augment their close combat abilities, or just never need to buy tools again. Though the user's metal cover is quite soft and malleable, meaning that it can break under less stress than regular steel. Moving around the cover can end up leaving parts of the user exposed to being harmed, especially if they make too many.

There are some pretty horrific quirks in the series, tongue web, meatball, dupli-arms. So if you were gonna create the most horrific Nomu what quirks would you give it? More for terrorizing opponents than quirk synergy.

You know, I was always questioned if people were trying to turn me into a super villain by asking me to make Nomus. And with this one, I am certain you are trying to do that. Regardless, I will be sticking to Mid End Nomus and give a few options to give out different kinds of terrorizing.

Beast, Centipede, Steel, Tool Arms: For your more traditional horrific. While this does work fine on it's own, essentially being a giant tank with various ways to hurt people, this is basically working as the combination of every other generic horror killer. You got your giant beasts, your insectoids, your automatons, and your dudes with generic murder weapons.

Invisibility, Foldabody, Mimicry, Vitality Stealing: This one is for more subtle horror. It can be anywhere at any time, hiding inside of anything or anyone without being noticed or giving it's target a way to effectively fight back against it. You don't realize where it is until it's too late when you feel it's cold hands and it's already draining the life out of you. Maybe it was all in the target's head.

Super Regeneration, Meatball, Dupli Arms, Muscle Augmentation: This is for your eldritch horror. A mass of every changing flesh constantly splitting off and growing more extremities. Any attempts to harm it is next to futile as it's constantly shifting and healing. And if it touches you, it can mold you into horrific shapes, barely recognizable as human. It's like all the worst parts of the Thing.

You made a post where you did quirk training for the LoV. Could you do the same but for the individual nomu quirks. Like quirk training for tool arms, super regeneration, storage, etc

So I'm not going to cover all the Quirks, as there is so little information on them, so I'm sticking with some of the bigger ones for this.

Shock Absorption: Just stand in front of someone else while they are training to up your resistance to kinetic damage. Barring that, find a nice tall cliff to practice on.

Wings: Moving around an obstacle course with a series of weights tied to their body, working to improve the strength of their wings and their ability to maneuver with them.

Warping: The user could work with however is leading the exercises in order to transport them around to various people around the training area, or the area in general, working the best they can to readjust to where they want to go.

Tool Arms: Just go nuts on a series of earthen pillars that are constantly being remade, both to get better control of the arms and a hopefully improve the efficiency of the tools they make.

Storage: The user starts by stockpiling as much as they can into their body. Once they do, they try to take on even more, whether that be objects of greater size or more objects at a time in order to expand their internal storage space.

Transforming Arms: This one would be the user simply standing around and try to get the arms in alternate forms and then applying it, like making hands to grab some apples, figuring out the various shapes they can take and how best use them.

Absorb and Release: Taking on a series of smaller injuries from multiple sources, like a punch to the shoulder, only to try and hold them back for later. This could potentially work to try and build up some protection for the user from their own Quirk or get them better at holding attacks for later.

Super Regeneration: Essentially just sit between what "Tool Arms" and "Transforming Arms" are doing. Maybe with some help from "Warping" to get them into place. With any luck, you'll come out of that grievously wounded from the various sources of damage and all the better for it because you can grow your parts back even faster.

Which Quirks (canon and/or yours) would work best for gardening?

Going with canon Quirks on this one.

-Tool Arms: The first step of gardening is getting the right tools for the job. With this, you can have every tool for every job in the garden . The massive tools seems unneeded, but it's helps intimidate the soil.

-Anivoice: You what's terrible about gardening? Putting in all that hard work only to have it destroyed by the local wildlife eating it. Now your angry rants against them can actually mean something.

-Queen Bee: These could help plant seeds or fight off bugs, but their real purpose is that plants need pollen to grow. And if you happen to to lack any pollinators in your area, you can simply make your own.

-Earth Flow: This is going to make landscaping way easier. Not only could you plant a bunch of flora at once and helping mess with the soil, but make all kinds of fancy design's for your garden.

-Arbor/Vines: I think that making your own plant work could do a lot to enhance whatever it your developing while still having it look natural. Plus, gardening is hard work and these could help you fact it till you make it.

I got some questions about Tool Arms. First could they replicate parts of construction vehicles but scaled down? Obviously not things like wheels but what about crane claws, bulldozer, magnet, or a cement mixer? My other question is whether or not tool arms also includes growing extra arms. Because to me transforming arms into tools and growing extra arms seems like two quirks.

I really can't answer the first question, as there isn't anything to confirm or deny that idea. The fact that the Nomu only seems to make hand-held tools implies that it can't, but maybe it could do something like that as an evolution by fusing arms. And while the extra arms may simply be a combination, I think it's just how the Quirk manifests. It is true that Quirks only grant the user one power, but there can be expansions. Normally, this comes in the form of secondary abilities that work as protections for the user or expansions on the core idea functions, but there can be cases where an ability can manifest in ways that make the power more useful. For example, "Tool Arms" is the power to make various tools from the user's body. That is the main concept and the only power it has. It's just that way it manifests as a series of extra arms from the user's back, extending their range and the number of tools they can make.

I know that as a concept your not a fan of the villain deku idea but assuming for whatever reason all might never gave midoriya one for all, what quirk(s) do you think all for one would give midoriya that he would have access to?

I'm going to ignore that first line, as my various hang ups and own ideas on the topic could be it's own post, and focus on the subject as is. For that, I won't include "Overclock" since I already talked about how good that'd be with Izuku.

-Impact Recoil/Shock Absorption: While I do think that either of these could be useful for Izuku, "Impact Recoil" especially could be interesting to see in the hands of a more dedicated user, I'm mostly suggesting this because I like the idea of Izuku getting a power that perfectly counters Bakugou and All Might, ironically matching his two biggest inspirations.

-Transforming Arms/Tool Arms: I've already talked about at length how both "Transforming Arms" and "Tool Arms" could be used and how they would be wasted on Nomu. So let's just take all interesting applications these have and put them on Izuku, who I'm certain would use them to the fullest and then some, "Transforming Arms" especially. I'm certain that kind of investment would pay off with dividends.

-Air Cannon: A simple enough power that'd be easy to grasp, but one that would have a lot more depth given the right hands. Imagine some of the uses we see we air pressure, such as All Might's redirection, but now as a specific Quirk. I could easily see Izuku doing a lot with this Quirk, constantly experimenting with the power, shape, and location of it's release for some amazing results.

-Rivet Stab: This may be because of how well Izuku has used "Black Whip", but I think it's more violent, edgy cousin could have some unique uses as well, such as it seemingly being able to stich and stabilize things it enters into. I'd be neat to see him do things like tie into things and puppet them around, similar to what All For One was doing with Gran Torino, but with whatever debris is around him.

-Warping: Given Izuku's tactical abilities, giving him the power to move around allies and people nearby them would make for an amazing combination, kind of like how Magne's power could have been used. And if I had to choose any sort of personality focused pick, this would be the one. It's a very selfless power, only working to support allies and working with Izuku's supernatural ability to endear himself to anyone.

Would Storage and Tool Arms result in a Walking Tool Shed?

New Quirk Name: Arms Full

This Transformation type Quirk activates whenever the user makes contact with another solid. The user can then shove that solid into their body and store it inside of them. This does nothing to alter the user's size or mass. The user can then form arms from their body wielding whatever it was they placed in their body. The items in question are more efficient, such as having a screwdriver on the end of one of these arms that can rapidly unscrew things faster then a drill. These arms can extend themselves over short range and the user can make up to ten of them at a time. The user can take in multiples of the same items to use with different arms. This gives the user a versatile ability, turning random objects into tools to augment themselves. They can make large shields for themselves, battle foes with a variety of weapons, carry around certain items for utility, switch up their strategy on the fly, or simply enjoy the convenience of having multiple arms. Though this only works on solids and cannot be applied to people or overly complex items like power tools. The user has a limited spaced to work with, only capable of working with roughly twenty handheld items. The items can be beaten out of the user with enough force.
