Amazing what you can find on the street, and more amazing is what you can do with it.

I found a 2′ x 3′ 1.5″ thick butcher block slab on the street a few weeks ago, just sitting there all pristine-like, and lord knows I can’t pass up a beauty like that.

So I built it into my first mobile tool bench.  I realized that I could save so much space by combining three power tools onto a single table-top, and building in storage below.  My favorite organizational project of the year!
