Weight loss

I have 1lb to got and I hit ny 3 stone weight loss. Some of you will think eell she needs to lose it others will think hey well done. I am glad I've lost it I've been fighting with it for many years. The problem is that it has all gone in 12 weeks and apart from the 4 weeks on slimming world with my ladies I've done nothing to deserve this weight loss or promote it I feel like I have cheated at something
