So for a long time, my mother kept the last baby tooth I lost in her little jewelry box. A strange thing to hold onto for sentimental value.

At some point I nabbed it, with her consent, and I planned to make it into a ring for one of my best friends. I loved(and still love) this friend very much and they were all about weird, gross, or macabre things, so it was perfect.

But the usual craft stores in my town don't really sell ring settings, and I wasn't able to commit to a purchase from etsy for whatever reason.

A year or two went by of me passively trying to find a size 5 ring setting that would fit a small tooth. Cut to today, this friend and I are no longer speaking because of some fundamental disagreements, which makes me very sad but whats done is done, and I have hope we'll be able to reconcile in the future. But I digress

My mom sent me to a local leather shop for some jewelry wire, and while I was browsing the general beads(so edible) and shelves waiting for an employee to assist me with something, I found it. I found the perfect ring setting.

Its not a size 5, more of a size 6/7, because it fits my ring finger just fine. So I haven't attached it yet, I imagine I'll use some resin and stick the tooth in one of the gem shaped silicone molds, idk I've gotta look up some tutorials ajhdjsk
