Really liking the term "friends and equivalent trustees" (short: FAETs) or "friends and trust-equivalents" (FATEs) these days.
I find it great for grouping people that we trust as much as we would a friend of ours, but don't have an actual friendship-type relationship with for whatever reason. (often apl-spec reasons)

I'm not sure if this fits here but. I am the original creator of the pronoun flags (the ones with three stripes) and sometimes I cringe when I see them; I was about 14 when I made them, and had no idea what I was doing. Sometimes, though, I'm also a little proud of myself to see my creations out there, and I love it when people redesign them. ALSO the it/its pronoun flag looking like the Italian flag was a hilarious coincidence, I was a bit ignorant about geography and vexillology at the time.
