Topic of the day
Sorry this took so long.
What I find, especially for a lot of new comers to the gym is that they like to do things that look good in the mirror, or go with machines that assist you. Here's my advice to you. Work out your hidden muscles. Yes, a lot of people do not see how lean and muscular your back is unless you take your shirt off (unless you have like scapula boobs, which i find attractive but still). Go free weights when ever you can. It'll help with stabilization and your core strength, and this is something that is so very important. Just strengthening the large muscles you see on your body or your "problem areas" will only take you so far.
It has to be a complete work out. Go after your legs, after your back, your core, your shoulder. That weird thing people do to strengthen their inner thighs.
But most of all, have fun with it. If dancing is what gets going you going. Dance. If it's running like Phoebe, you run your ass off. Just make sure you're well rounded. Just that this is your time. Your time away from the whole world and a time when you can get to know yourself again. I find that as the world gets smaller, we allow ourselves to shrink. There's a lot to you. So get to know you.
P.S. From Monday on wards. I'll be sharing my routines, YouTube videos i get my ideas from and all other stuff. Remember you can always ask anything you want about health and fitness or life. If I can answer it.
