What if they were doomed old lady Yuri?
“Agnes. I'm sorry.”
Episode by "Zootopia-"
"Zootopia-" is similar to "Zootopia+." The main difference is that this episode focuses on the life and events of the villain, with more negative and depressing emotions.
The story is dedicated to the Old Komodo Dragon. He recalled his past. He constantly blamed himself for not being able to help Agnes.
Important and key moments:
- The events begin inside the Natural History Museum. Where the iguana gives a tour of the museum to both locals and new guests, telling them about the wonderful city of Zootopia and its amazing, outstanding inhabitants.
- She also talks about the imminent opening of this wing, dedicated to reptiles. From famous writers to great scientists, among whom was Agnes.
- During the tour, no one even noticed how one visitor broke away from the group and leisurely strolled down the hallway, looking at all the displays. They were filled with photographs, paintings, and statues. Only when he reached one painting did he stop. It was a painting dedicated to the founder of the city of "Zootopia." Agnes.
- The person who approached the painting was an elderly monitor lizard. Leaning on a cane with his left and right hands, he touched it and asked for forgiveness. That he couldn't forgive himself. That he hadn't been able to help her back then.
- He recalled his past, when he was still young. He remembered how Agnes had become not only a beloved mentor to him, but also a mother.
- He was a servant in the Lynxley family household. His mentor was Tortoise Shelldrick, Agnes's close and best friend.
- He quickly learned the ropes and proudly completed all tasks assigned to him. He witnessed many of Ebenezer Lynxley's business transactions, including the purchase of many inventions, including their patents. He was particularly impressed by the first camera. (As a test, he took a photo of himself and Agnes.) It was more than a strange drawing resembling a syringe with two prongs. He had no idea what Ebenezer Lynxley really was.
- One day, he learned that Agnes wanted to find an investor. And as fate would have it, she went to the Lynxley mansion. Her goal: to find a partner. Varan was amazed and happy that Ms. Agnes had developed such a remarkable and captivating project. His master also noticed.
- As usual, he was about to go and prepare everything for the signing of the contract. But not this time.
- Not a day goes by that he doesn't remember that fateful day. He witnessed his master's shady dealings. Opening the door to Ebenezer Lynxley's office slightly, he witnessed him steal and appropriate Agnes's project.
- He had to inform Agnes. And inform law enforcement. But he needed proof. He found a way. He ran for his camera.
- But when he returned, the owner had disappeared. He was running around the mansion, as if he were looking for something or someone. To avoid arousing suspicion, the monitor lizard asked him what he was looking for. Lynxley turned his gaze to him, asking him why he needed a camera. The monitor lizard said it was for official proof of your contract with your clients. As always.
- He praised his servant for his successful work, but now he had a different goal.
- The monitor lizard realized where he had gone.
- A few minutes later, in the mansion, Tor-toise Shelldrick saw the young servant become nervous. She decided to approach him, but he ran away. She ended up witnessing what was happening there herself. When the master walked away from the fireplace, she approached and rescued the document. But she made a noise, and he rushed toward it. Luckily, she hid. But she had to hurry, get to Agnes.
- He saw a silhouette leaving the mansion. It was his maid. He decided to take advantage of this. Here was his chance. Not only to appropriate the rights to the project, but also to eliminate the author. He called the police. A trusted squad of rhinoceroses. And went for a weapon. Which imitated a snake bite.
- He caught up with her and used poison on her. But he escaped, running after the police. Poisoned, Tortoise Shelldrick reached Agnes, and she collapsed, shocking Agnes. Dying, she begged her forgiveness and opened her right hand, revealing her patent. But the police showed up.
- One of Agnes's sons tried to intercede; he even attacked the lynx, but it fought back. And it seemed like it was all over, but then a young monitor lizard appeared. He didn't ask, but ordered him to stop. But the lynx threatened to kill him, too. But he showed her a camera. He hinted at the pop and flash during the murder.
- He made concessions and let Agnes and her cubs go. The monitor lizard saved them. But that wasn't the end. They had to escape. He kept the lynx under control, but not for long. And Agnes left Zootopia, heading for the mainland. He keeps his word. He gave up the camera. And the lynx smashed it to pieces. But he demanded a photo too. He had the photo as a souvenir. It was a photo of him and Agnes taking a picture together. And that one wasn't even there. He'd outdone him. He was shocked, he was even ready to forgive him. And work for him again.
- He refused. Then Lynxley tore up the photo and decided to punish him even more severely. He ensured the exile of all his fellow reptiles. All the reptiles. The monitor lizard suffered, seeing so many swim away or flee, hiding in the swamps.
- And the lynx enjoyed his suffering.
- The monitor lizard blamed himself for what he had done. He was the last to swim to the continent. But he never saw Agnes again. Considering himself guilty.
- In the present time. He didn't notice how another monitor lizard approached him, calming him down. It was his son. He said he was wrong. He had saved her and protected her back then.
- In his words, he heard and felt the truth. And his son said he wanted to show him something special. (A bronze statue. In honor of Agnes.) Before leaving the museum, he left one memento, placing it on the picture frame. An old, glued-together photo. Of him and Agnes.
