Lucci was walking around a busy shopping street on a desert island. He didn't like cities much, but there wasn't much food to be found in the wilderness and he had intel Strawhat had landed in this port. He sat down in a small cafe and ordered a cup of coffee. This island was famous for its beans, so it should be good. But he hadn't noticed the person sitting at the next table.

Lucci was in his leopard form sitting in a large oak tree. It was located at the edge of a forest clearing. The sun was shining brightly, and some roe deer were grazing peacefully. He noticed the presence of a human, walking between the trees. Going by the sound of the footsteps, this person should be passing underneath his branch soon. He'd just waited and see who they were. A nodachi over the shoulder, and a white hat with black dots. This was the infamous pirate, Trafalgar Law. As much as Lucci wanted to kill him, he'd promised Red he wouldn't, and wasn't looking forward to a cat bath. So he decided to just play it cool and stay where he was.

"Have you still not slept?"

Kidd let out a nervous, almost hysterical chuckle. Sleep? Why would he need such a thing. "Pfft, I dun need sleep!" He practically giggled. “‘M fine without it!”

So this was CP9's former top agent Rob Lucci. They were right, his presence had a certain...effect to it. It felt like a heaviness in the air. As one of the Shichibukai it was his duty to inform the government if he had any clues about the CP9's whereabouts. But he couldn't care less at the moment. [[ Sorry it's a bit...meh.
