Today, we are going to the glass studio to run some experiments. I have this vision of making Papa “evil eye” beads so I can design glass-and-gemstone “kandi” as gifts for people. Maybe also to sell if anyone would be interested?
Anyway, here’s our spread of experimental rods. Gotta see how pale we can get that iris while still being visible. May also see if I can use any base other than flat white for the sclera.

Ok, so I attempted to make a little blown rat, and this is what I got!! I won't be using clear glass much anymore cause its SO hard to see. But this lil guy was a complete success, minus my vent hole didn't end up where I wanted it. And my forming is still a bit lumpy, but better!
