Malena, Tornatore 2000
«Pensavo...
Everybody knows Morricone's Deborah's Theme, written for the actress Jennifer Connelly, who started acting (at the age of 12) in Sergio Leone's movie "Once upon a Time in America". Something similar happened with "The Legend of 1900": Morricone wrote a theme for the French model turned actress Mélanie Thierry. It was her first acting role. Giuseppe Tornatore ("Peppuccio") directed the movie.
Movies I recommend that I haven't mentioned before in here, where the House is actually the protagonist, or at least the biggest plot device.

Hogar (2020)
Elle (2016)
The house that Jack built (2018)
10 Cloverfield Lane (2016)
La migliore offerta (2013)
Hausu (1977)
Home Alone (1990)
Rear Window (1954)
The Royal Tenenbaums (2001)
Freedom goals
