Brief introduction:
- Maximiliano Milan Furlani, born in Argentina in 1963, currently 28 years old (1991).
- Former amphibious command of the Argentine Navy during 1982. He proceeded to work as a mercenary after 1987 in different regions of Central America obtaining a contract with the CIA for selling information of different communist regimes.
- Malvinas Veteran.
- 180 Cm/ 6'0"
- Due to his skills and ground knowledge he was assigned to the Crimson One group under the command of Jackson Caine. Bumping heads with Alejo constatly.
There is a saying here, "The enemy of an Argentine is another Argentine."
Caine got tired of their bullshit and sat both on a time out for one hour forced to hold hands hoping that will make them learn some teamwork. It will take more than that.
• Born around 1966, in the game events he surely is 25/27 years old as he's described as young.
• Place of birth, Salta, Córdoba, or Mendoza cause i cannot conceive that he might be from Buenos Aires. Country side.
• He was born and lived through two military dictatorships; Carlos Ongania (1966-1973) / Junta Militar (1976-1983).
• Lower class citizen.
• Children of divorced parents. Father left at early age so his older brother took care of being the man the house who went to Malvinas War at 19 years old dying there. I imagine Alejo might have been 15-17 when that happened. Then he decided to travel from the interior of the country to the capital to be able to enter in the Argentinian Navy.
• I theorize that he could have been part of an amphibious command, naval prefecture, or a marine command before the Argentine army was dismantled. The yellow handkerchief on his arm is related to a Argentinian Task Force deployed in the Malvinas even thought he was not there.
• He decided to become a mercenary by fleeing the country when the national government took actions against the army after the last coup (1976). He is probably a fugitive, a deserter, or a persona non grata in the country.
• For canonical cultural reasons, he fervently hates the British and Chileans.
• His last name is actually "Carrasco", but it was misspelled in his file.
Related to his person:
• It is impossible for him to not speak without saying a curse in almost each sentence.
• Loves fucking around but despises finding out. He mockes people but can't take back mockery.
• Heavy joker, he bothers his companions out of boredom and because he feels comfortable among them.
• Doesn't likes being alone; wich makes him a loud talkative creature cause he likes the attention. He needs to attract attention to himself. I see him able to follow You around just to keep a conversation while You try to scape from him.
• Behind that ego there is a great insecurity perhaps???? That need of approval the description mentions is for a reason.
• Short temperament, street smart but easy to provoke. He is very confident of himself, which brings him problems since he can underestimate things.
• Competitive af. Likes to have the last word at discussions; and oh shit, don't touch the topic of politics because that is closing the coffin for You.
• He seems like a guy with ADHD with a very extroverted character.
• His loyalty is absolute to the people who earn it.
Other stuff i headcanon about him:
• He's 175cm / 5'8" like the average male Argentinian.
• Good card player.
• Will throw a random fact about himself or his country, doing that often. Misses his homeland.
• He likes to pretend he doesn't understand English when teammates speak to him in English to annoy them.
• He has a nickname for every one of them.
• Jackson Caine by now is the only person that knows how to handle his behavior keeping him on line outside tasks.
• He's pissed that he can't find Yerba Mate anywhere. Avid drinker of mate and almost any kind of alcohol You can give him.
• National Rock enjoyer. (Charli García, Sumo, Los Abuelos de la Nada, Los prisioneros, Virus, Soda Estereo, Fito Páez, Serú Giran, etc.) And a good party dancer.
• He surerly prefers to be addressed by his last name or nickname rather than his first name by strangers; That's something really common here.
• He knows a thing or two about mechanics and economy. Great crafter, and knows how to make good ribs.
• Wild football fan, he went rabid and feral once the Argentine national team won the World Cup in 1974 and 1986. So yeah, he a Maradona and Kempes lover.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, a football player in his neighborhood as a child. Give him a ball and he will be entertained for a couple of hours.
I wanted to draw him since i saw him, now i have done. Bro i need more of him 😭😭😭 hope he gets to be in other games or DLCs since he's involved with Caine and Menéndez.
- So as not to have to go to the Malvinas, he turned 18 in 1983 instantly signing up for the navy.
Well, I doubt it was enlistment, mandatory service was two years SO if he wanted or not it was not his choice. He didn't had the best time in the "Colimba" though.
- Toro might be 2 years younger than his death older brother. As the class '63 was the last one allowed to go that year.
- He voted for Alfonsín when democracy returned to Argentina.
- He had a 9-month period of basic training, then surely served a year before leaving in 1984 as the game calls him a "sailor". If he learned more skills, it was later on life. Wich makes me think he's not as skilled as other operators but, his stubborn character and risky personality make him dangerous as he is a direct impact blow on the field.
- Between 1985 and 1986 he participated in various guerrilla groups throughout South and Center America even working as a hitman or mercenary until he reached Nicaragua where he worked for Menéndez.
- 1986, he's given a place in Crimson One by Jackson Caine. To work at the CIA, as far as I understand, training is also provided in different skills and subjects, so he got some extra training along of what he learned in guerilla warfare around Latinoamérica.
- 1986-1991, years and counting, wich he has been at service for the CIA (5 years).
- If i had to give him a solid age, it would be 26 years.
- He's a brat (this is canon).
- It makes more sense that Caine hired him for a personal reason rather than a professional one since both lost a sibling.
- Although the game makes him look like a leftist inclined guy, he doesn't has a political affinity because he is loyal to the highest bidder. At least that's what make it make sense why he's working for the CIA.
- In the previous post I said that he should be around 5'8, but checking roughly his model at the side of Niran he has to be 6'0" /180cm at least.
- As his default skin says he's a "heavy weight", he surely is around 220lbs/100kg cause The heavyweight category is over 91kg/200lbs.
- His specialization in the navy was Marine Infantry.

- He was fat/chubby as a kid, even as a recruit, and the only proof i have it's his neck 👇
The double chin is something that can be maintained even after losing weight by doing it quickly.
- His favorite movie genre is science fiction, action and fantasy.
- Based on his Vulture Perk dialogue "did this give me vulture-breath? I have standards to mantain!" It's someone who outside of work cares about their appearance in a certain way. He's flirty, knows he's cute and takes advantage about it.

It's also sad that the camo paint covers the drunk blush on his face, but it was that or not looking alike to the character because drawing him without his stripes makes him look naked.
