Watch me fade to black

The Villain was dismantled

My psyche was manhandled

Trampled and unravelled

By a girl well-travelled

I should’ve chose better

The pain over the pleasure

But the pleasure over the pain

And I can’t stand the rain

So Like Dr. Octagon

I see the blue flowers

This rap phenomenon

Sits alone in my tower

Unlike Wu-Tang

I have no Clan

I have no fans

No Eminem Stans

It’s just me alone

The crowds have gone home

No need for microphones

Like indefinitely postponed

The rhymes have grown cold

And I’ve grown so old

Everything I say

Repeats itself in some way

I can’t say nothing right

I’m too tired to put up a fight

Yes, yes, this is my life

Old and alone with no fans and no wife

The Madonna Dilemma

In this macabre opera

A Madonna drama

She believes her child is true

Come to save a chosen few

Like you and you and you

With her Apocalyptic views

You believable fools

Their telepathic meditations

Combined with great expectations

All just speculations

With claims of mass extinctions

She preaches and she warns

Her speech is forlorn

Enticing those who listen

To her unearthly mission

Are we missing the wisdom

Because of her status and position?

Do you hear a lunatic

Or does redemption flow from her lips?

Do we stand with her at heaven’s gate

Or descend with her into a molten lake?

Poverty

I hate this gripping anxiety i feel in the fibres of my vessel,

Being poor can kill,

And freedom ain't free,

These jobs ain't shit,

Is there any hope for me?

I want the ride to stop,

It's like God won't answer questions,

I'm sick of being broke,

I wish these jobs weren't so trash...
