Oh man, I’d love to create a webcomic with magical girls that just turn into robots. Ones that turn into mecha looking beings, ones that essentially have super-cool power armor on, and maybe even ones modeled after robot designs from the fifties and such. No frilly/cutesy costumes (They’re fun but meh) but! But they could probably decorate themselves somehow? Idk. Special Inbuilt A.I. that first activates when the user experiences a near death experience and will basically take over and fight for the magical girl in her place while she heals up. Magical Girls becoming BFs with their now sentient armor (But no romance or anything between them. although maybe a few of the magical girls could slowly fall for each other.) Also the main-main character would be Asexual no hiding it or anything- maybe ends up in a romantic non-sexual relationship with one of the other girls who is completely cool and happy with it and doesn’t complain or wail about the relationship being sex free.

Now if only I could settle on a good art style for this kind of thing ...

There’s a specific scene in the Bob’s Burgers episode “The kid’s runaway” that I can’t help but apply to Xan, Hero, Warlic, and Cysero.

Xan: -Knocks Warlic down with a fireball or smthn- Cysero: I’ll hug him back to life! -bends down and hugs Warlic- Hmmmmm Warlic: Okay, I’m fine.

Hero: Yeah yeah Cysero he’s fine don’t do that. Cysero: Almost there! Hero: -Starts prying Cysero off of Warlic- Cysero let-let him go.

Cysero: -Continues hugging Warlic- Almost there!

Hero: Cysero get up. -Pries Cysero off of Warlic-

Having to get a Professor Approval signed (for a digital art class that I really need only) to be asked to send it electronically, and still unable to register for the class several days later. Send a reminder email about the form and it’s been eight days now and it’s clear from the sent mail tab that the email hasn’t even been opened yet. Now all the class seats are full and I’m suck with only four classes instead of a required five ...

Also, Metal smithing was a goddamn train wreck. The professor’s critique wasn't "this is what you did good and this is what you could improve on" but in actuality "I'm flunking you and your stuff sucks and you're not an artist" Not making that up, my professor literally said to my face that I'm not an artist. I should’ve dropped that class the first day but I naively thought I could actually make it ... r.i.p my gpa. I liked the processes in metal smithing tbh, I’m just not cut out to design jewelry I guess :x The only good thing about that class was that all of my classmates were nice and awesome people.

I cannot wait to transfer in another year, because it’s clear that staying here won’t get me to the classes that I actually need in order to grow and improve as an artist. And of course some of the professors ... yeah.

(This question/prompt has been on my mind for several days now so I guess I’ll just toss it out here). How would your DF heroes/Ocs react to an overzealous/obsessed fan?

Admittedly, I can't quite remember how soul allies work so please feel free to correct me. But late last night I thought about how much it would suck for a soulweaver if their soul-ally turned out to be a close family member. (Parent/Older sibling/ ect.) Like, maybe some soulweavers would be happy to be reunited, but others might feel sad or disturbed. Although perhaps there are rules set in place so that this doesn't occur?

I am a total sucker for ace-hero head cannons. Ace-hero explaining to their partner how they feel and working things out like boundaries and such. Ace-hero never really gets into a romantic/or sexual relationship and that's just fine and folks usually don't them a hard time. Ace-hero adopts a kid or two. Ace-hero decides to not have any kids. Oh the possibilities.
