Christmas Wonder?
During the whole torture class I felt awesome and I nearly managed to do all the reps 💪😊
We did biceps curls, overhead presses and some stuff for the back with the barbell. Then we did a hell lot of squats: ~40squats with the barbell, then each 20 Squats with one foot on the balance pad, then again but with the starfish variation. After that another 30 with both feet on the balance pad. Those are my contributions to stop drop & squat where the amazing @hustleformuscle tagged me 🤗 then we did some other shoulder stuff with the dumbbells and Triceps extensions and also v dips. For the end bench presses and extensions with the barbell. Last but not least a set of push ups with knees on the balance pad, then Triceps push-ups then starfish. Now I am kinda dead but happy
