Being immortal was something of a burden, you watched the people you loved die, and the pain that settled internally was never going to fade. Vices such as alcohol and drugs were easy things to get into, you had no worries that they would eventually be the cause of your death. Hence a lot of immortals were stuck in an endless cycle with them, luckily Nicholas would only be caught smoking his life way. Nothing else too addictive, only occasionally.

Seth was ambling through the local herbal/natural remedies shop, because there was always a benefit to going the natural way. Rather than using what was made at a constant rate with no love or care, simply copy and paste. Who knew what you were putting into your bodies, apart from Seth’s view on these health benefits, stocks were low in the coven. Particular herbs that the earth and SPIRITS OF NATURE gave the witches were often used in spells, whether that was for a simple potion, or to aid in the casting of a spell that would take more energy than they could SAFELY offer.

Brooks swallowed, trying or rather willing himself to calm his stomach of the nervous butterflies that only continued to grow. He had matured in a way, at least compared to how shy and timid he socially was before. But, that didn’t stop the occasional shy nature from surfacing through every now and again, especially when he was in someone else’s company. With the iced drink nestled between the palms of his hands, he couldn’t help but feel the small lines of water drip over his knuckles, somehow snapping him back into reality. “H-Huh?” He perked his head up, not having realized he had gotten lost in his thoughts. His cheeks tinted red due to his small unintentional mistake. “I-I’m sorry, I was uh, well rather my mind was somewhere else. What did you say?” If there was one thing the Omega hated, it was appearing as if he were being rude.

“Must you persist on making me wait?” Maxwell called out whilst he threw a ball against a nearby wall. “As much fun as throwing this ball is, I can think of far better things to do.”
