Eclipse in the Nebraska panhandle.  The sky above was black, but there was this strange band of dusk on the horizon, in all directions.  It gave a strange glow, without shadow.  I found a place on the path of totality where there was literally no one around, absolute silence.

Today is a Solar Eclipse and a New Moon in Sagittarius.

The Solar Eclipse will bring about a shift in our perception and turn our view to how we conduct our relationships. This energy is very strongly that of transformation. We will be required to let go of certain things in our life. This month has had all the energies leading towards this vortex of change. Something needs to give for your soul to find release and give way to self expression. You know what it is that needs to change and you need to let it go. The energy of the eclipse twinned with the new moon will slowly trickle into your life. When you realise something is over and let it go,then you are left with the space to create the new life that will free you from your limiting beliefs.

Your Spirit will appraise your current life and you are now in a position to receive that inner call to change so that you can get back to the path that is taking you down your spiritual calling. What the soul identifies as transformation and clearing way for the new, the ego grasps as loss. You are closing your door on one chapter of your Karmic lessons and moving on to calmer less turbulent shores. Only you can choose whether you want to view this from the perception of the ego or the soul!
