my coworkers who I’ve been open with about what’s been going on mental health-wise chose to go to my managers saying I’m not acting like myself and it’s affecting my job performance (it’s not, they couldn’t cite any way that it was) so then I had to go into detail about my home life and my meds and therapy and what’s being going on and cry on the phone with them all because it’s embarrassing to have to talk about so that was awesome. this is what happens when you allow the lines between coworkers and friends get blurred
