@totallymaxis challenge #6: Headcanon
Previously Nervous Subject, Nicholas Specter was always drawn to death, and by extension, tragedy. Not that he wanted to be, he just...was. A long time spent in the desert, many of his own tragedies, a changed name and a substantial inheritance sent him towards broader horizons. In SimCity, a dilapidated mansion stuck out when his surroundings became overwhelming. Worn by time, yet enthralling (even a bit nostalgic?). Even the creaks and groans of the old house couldn’t deter his intrigue.
But a rather familiar sight nearly did.
...Nearly.
so I thought to myself...if Nervous is the son of Grim (and might need a new identity to get away from the Beakers), and the Tricous notoriously need resurrecting...<:
I’ve never done a Totally Maxis challenge and it probably shows so when I saw them doing their open house, I figured, why not? to sum up, Nervous moves into The House of Fallen Trees, helps resurrects the Tricou clan with his Connections, and...who knows what happens from there, it can go a lot of ways haha

Is there a challenge you wanted to participate in but couldn’t at the time? Now you can! All Challenges will be open for submissions over the summer. I hope to see a lot of great submissions. Have fun!

2. No cosmetic surgery. No changing eye or skin color, though you may use default replacements. You may change hair color if you wish.
3. Keep pictures in good taste. No Nudity (though you may blur or cover nibbly bits). No violent or offensive imagery.
4. You may Submit as many entries as you like.
5. You may submit older pictures.
6. Please add the name of your blog and which challenge you are submitting for in the description of your submission.
7. Totally Maxis Open House submissions will be accepted from now through September 30, 2018. Submit, or @ totallymaxis and we will reblog your posts. You may also message us with your post to make sure we see it.

Holiday Picture Challenge 2017
Tis the season! Show us family Christmas portraits and holiday traditions, old and new. Show us holiday parties and gatherings. Show us how your Sims celebrate the holiday season.
Holidays include, but are not limited to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, pagan holidays, New Years, etc.
Rules:
1. The Sims 2 premades only.
2. No cosmetic surgery. No changing eye or skin color, though you may use default replacements. You may change hair color if you wish.
3. Keep pictures in good taste. No NSFW (though you may blur or cover nibbly bits). No violent or offensive imagery.
4. You may submit up to 3 entries.
5. You may submit older pictures if they fit the theme.
6. Please add the name of your blog in the description of your submission.

June is Pride month and Totally Maxis is joining in! Send in pictures of LGBTQA+ premade sims celebrating Pride with rainbows, parades, weddings, etc.
Rules:
1. The Sims 2 premades only.
2. No cosmetic surgery. No changing eye or skin color, though you may use default replacements. You may change hair color if you wish. You may also make them older or younger than the default.
3. Please keep all pictures towards the PG-13 rating. No NSFW (though you may blur or cover nibbly bits). No offensive imagery.
4. You may submit up to 3 entries.
5. You may submit older pictures if they fit the theme.
6. Please add the name of your blog in the description of your submission.
7. For trans sims, please create their transition with clothes/hair/makeup rather than flip their coding. If you need help finding CC, these boards are a good start:

Challenge Twenty-One: Someone Else’s Ship
Just in time for Valentine's Day, let's celebrate the favorite ship... of someone else! Think of it as giving a valentine to another simmer and sharing content based on their OTP(+)s. Perhaps their ship is not a common one, or you've been inspired by an unconventional pairing from their game, or maybe you just know they really love a certain ship and it would make their day to see them on their dash. Diversity is encouraged, so don't forget LGBTQA+ relationships. If you’re inspired to write, you can include text too.
