the guest room ben had been relocated to was in an unused part of the castle that not even his own attendants had bothered with. with a castle so large it was hard to make use of every space and the privilege of that had never been lost on him but it was not so blatant until now when it was so easy for uma to hide him in his own family’s home. that was until he saw a familiar figure pass by his door which he had left ajar to let in some fresh air. “philippe?” he called out, almost afraid he may just be imaging things.
