Does anyone else get alot of dirty blogs following you? Like that's the complete opposite of what my blog is. Why are you gonna follow me? Its kinda uncomfortable and I feel bad for blocking them but that's not the type of people I want to have interacting with my blog (especially due to this being a coping mechanism)

Slipping into a sad headspace

has any ever experienced slipping into little space only to feel numb and depressed along with the headspace? it's been happening to more often recently and I hsvent been able to use little space to cope due to it. does anyone know how to get out of the pattern or ways to make the feeling go away while little?
