k. honest answer: real estate agents are like any professionals who make their money off commission. they will lie to your face if it is "normal" where they work bc they are tired & tense & pressured & over it. but like, fuck them. it's not okay, it's a huge costly important decision for life&finances. trusted source referral+instinct tends to be the best vetting process, but it is an unfortunately necessary process. :/
Yeah. Unfortunately we’re buying, so we don’t get a choice about which agents we deal with. (The thing they lied about was whether they could give me an expected offer number for a house being sold by tender, which agents from at least four other agencies have done for me. I accept they’re going to jack it up but I just want a ballpark figure - I’m not interested in wasting my time!)

For those who don't know or have forgotten in our months of radio silence, this is a pre-game-canon Pokemon Sun and Moon fic about what happens when Nanu comes home to Ula'ula, and the fallout of the first UB incursion

Chapter Summary: Plumeria babysits Nanu after his ghostly adventure, and then a catfight turns into a cat battle. Nanu finally realizes what caused the palossand to attack him, and why he collapsed.
Content Warnings: Nanu's general depression/ aggressively low self esteem continues. There's an implied panic attack (not that our elite interpol agent recognizes it). This chapter contains our take on what a pokemon battle might like like in real life; not particularly grim but may be an element some readers want to avoid.
