oops I didn't draw for this one either because I'm about to go to bed :( sorry anon!
Climate: Toulin has very hot, very rainy summers. Spring is equally rainy, but lasts a long time and is easily the most pleasant time of year (which helps to stretch out the city's modest tourist season). Winter isn't terribly cold and snow is only occasional, and it's not strange to go through the season with only a day or two of snow.
Personal problems: As mentioned in the last answer, Jimmy Jones has dealt with bulemia on and off since he was about 16, along with up-and-down body issues thanks to what could possibly be a mood disorder. They're mostly dormant at this point, but his frustrations with his own body are not, and he compensates by being flashy and flamboyant. He also experiments with whatever drugs he can get his hands on (which are varied and plentiful, thanks to the Black 13's monopoly on local drug trade). Marco has a very nasty temper which can sometimes boil over into violence against whoever is nearby; he has this to thank for the death of his former wife. Duane also has a very occasional violent streak, as well as a drinking problem, both inherited from his father. His double-life leads him to quite a bit of internal conflict at times, which has left him with a pretty low opinion of himself, but like most of his problems, he tends to ignore it rather than resolve it. Carter has a rather passive-aggressively strained relationship with his family at the moment thanks to his decision to become a police officer for a southern district.
I was looking for references of cities (specifically row houses, because I love row houses) and stumbled upon this little beauty! This is exactly what I was trying to get across with Chaos backgrounds-- it feels like Toulin is a real place! (I think this is actually somewhere in Pittsburgh.)
