Scandal! A new page!

So here's a close-up of the cover of the magazine that's in the first panel. Full disclosure: It's also the magazine that Duane was asking Carter about and the one he rolled his eyes at on his way to work, I just never took the time to draw the cover until now. EMBARRASSMENT. Expect edited pages in the near future to correct the continuity!

Will we ever get a flashback of Hitch's dad in the comic? *Or atleast a whole story arc of Hitch jr as a kid , because DAMN Hitch Sr. is handsome*

I actually have plans to do exactly that! I haven’t touched much at all on Hitch’s childhood or his family’s background, and it will be addressed in the comic, most likely as another minicomic between chapters (like the one about him working at Chicky Nuggs).

Whoa, an update!

Sorry for the long wait-- school has been hectic! I added this one in between two pages that were already almost-finished, for clarity's sake. It felt good to make a page from scratch again after working of semi-finished buffer pages for so long. I'm also back to using Photoshop to ink, which I think is a vast improvement in both speed and fluidity. Anyway, as always, thanks for reading!

I added an extra page between the old page 25 & 26, which means that this week's page is going to be totally new (and not an old buffer page)!! Which is fun and therapeutic, being able to draw a new page for once.

CHAOS is now Double Cross

Chaos is now going to be published under the title Double Cross! It was a difficult decision, but I think a title change will serve the comic well. The old name was outdated, ill-fitting, and nigh un-google-able. Hopefully this change of label will be a change for the good.

What this means:

This tumblr also has a new name! This place will still be updating with new pages and artwork.

You can now find all Doublecross-related shenanigans under the #doublecross comic tag.

The comic will be hosted at a new link-- but don't worry, the old link will still serve as a redirect notice for the time being, so you can update your bookmarks at your leisure.

There are new icons and banners and such just, all over the place, but I'm still in the process of updating those, so bear with me for a couple days and let me know if I miss anything.

Thanks a bunch to everybody for continuing to read along! There's a new page on the way. Hope this isn't too weird for all y'all, and thanks for your patience.

Goofin' with some WIP panels. The next scene will include more JJ than we've had since the prologue. I'm also going back to digital inking, which is looking a whole lot cleaner and more organic than my traditional inks. Good things!

New page is up!

Sorry for the lack of an update last week! I was hella sick and just couldn't get it done on time. Also, we're currently stuck in Old Page Limbo. My hiatus during last semester means that I'm now stuck finishing up buffer pages that are months old. What I'm putting out now is way below the quality of what I want to be putting out, and it's a huge frustration! I want to be delivering the best content that I can to you rad folks who read my goofy comic, so I'm going to work hard to fix that as soon as humanly possible.

tl;dr: Comics are rough right now, so thanks for bearing with me while I finish up these old pages.
