LINE-UP PROCESS

Fans may start lining up on the property in the area designated by the onsite staff on the day of the event on February 1st starting at 10am. Overnight camping will not be permitted. At 10am, our staff will begin handing out numbered wristbands that will dictate the order in which fans will enter the venue once doors open at 7pm. Fans are allowed to leave the line once they receive their numbered wristband, but must return and be in the correct order by 7pm. Our staff will be onsite to oversee the line-up process and will do their best to ensure an orderly entry. Your cooperation is appreciated.

TENT POLICY

Tents will not be allowed on the property. Guests may use blankets and chairs during the line-up process, but cannot be brought inside the venue at the time of the show.

PARKING

Fans that are planning to arrive before 10am may not park on the South Side Ballroom property. We advise that fans utilize a ride-share service. Starting at 10am, fans may begin parking in the South Side Ballroom designated back parking lot for a fee of $15 per vehicle. Due to large crowds and high traffic, be sure to leave early and give yourself plenty of time to arrive at the venue.

CLEAR BAG POLICY

If you’re bringing a bag inside the venue, please make sure it adheres to our clear bag policy and is 12″x6″x12″ or smaller. Small clutches that are about the size of a hand or smaller do not need to be clear. The maximum size of a non-clear clutch/bag is 4.5″x6.5″.

SIGNS AND FLAGS

Flags will not be permitted inside the venue. Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 inches are also not permitted into the venue. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than a standard sheet of paper due to the potential to block other guests view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not a distraction to the artist.

RESTROOMS

Fans may use the restrooms at Gilley’s Dallas if they make a purchase. Gilley’s Dallas will be open from 9am-5pm.

DOOR AND SHOW TIMES

Doors are scheduled to open at 7pm. The show is scheduled to begin at 8pm. *Times are subject to change.

COVID-19 TESTING/VACCINATION POLICY

Please remember to bring proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within the last 72 hours from the event OR full vaccination. If proof of a negative test result OR full vaccination is not provided, you will be turned away. COVID-19 Vaccination / Negative COVID-19 Test Requirement The Pageant & Delmar Hall

Ticketed admission to both The Pageant and Delmar Hall require proof of FULL COVID-19 Vaccination or a Negative COVID-19 Clinical Test (not a home test) within the previous 72 hours regardless of customer age. Additionally face masks need to be worn in both of our venues.

While we believe that most of our patrons are already vaccinated, our continuing goal is to provide as safe an environment as practically possible.

Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or a Professionally Administered (physician, clinic, pharmacy, etc.) Negative COVID-19 Diagnostic Test can be a physical paper copy or a snapshot on your mobile device, along with a matching photo ID, to display upon admission. Antibody or self-administered at home tests will not be accepted.

PERTINENT INFORMATION ON COVID-19 DOCUMENTS

COVID-19 documents must be fully visible and match photo ID. COVID-19 documents can be the physical item or a digital copy/photo of the item.

Proof of Negative COVID-19 Clinical Test (not a home test) must contain the pre-printed name/info of the company that performed the test, the patient’s name, the date of the test and the result of the test.

Effective face coverings must completely cover the nose and mouth and must be worn at all times unless actively consuming food or beverage. Face shields, gaiters and bandanas are not acceptable as primary face coverings. If needed, customer face masks are available to purchase for $1.00 each.

Picking Up Will Call Tickets:

Our box office is in front of The Anthem, on the water side. The address is 901 Wharf Street SW, Washington, DC 20024. It is open 12pm-7pm seven days a week, and 12pm-9:30pm on show nights. Tickets for Super Excellent Seats will be available the night of the show, and cannot be picked up in advance.

Camping and Lining Up:

The Wharf will not allow overnight queueing, but every location in the venue has a great view, so you don’t need to line up extra early. Queueing lines will be formed 1 hour prior to doors.

Bags or Purses:

A small purse or bag is permitted. We would prefer that you leave bags at home, but if you must bring your bag, it will be searched and we may ask you to check it in the coat room.

This show is requiring all attendees to provide one of the following:

Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (at least 14 days from final vaccination shot) along with photo ID

OR

Proof of negative COVID-19 diagnostic test within 72 hours of the event along with photo ID

Show Safety:

Masks are strongly encouraged for all employees and guests.

Ticketholders will be notified via email if a show requires proof of a negative COVID-19 test result or vaccination. Updates will also be made to this safety page.

No oversized bags or backpacks will be permitted into the Ryman, unless medically related.

No outside food or beverages will be permitted.

Doors will open one hour prior to showtime.

We use entrance security screening including walk through metal detectors and bag checks at all concerts. As you enter the building, please be prepared to have your ticket scanned and for security screening.

Firearms No firearms (with or without a permit) are allowed at Ryman Auditorium. All persons, bags (including purses) and articles are subject to screening and search. Tennessee law allows property owners to prohibit any individual, including those with a concealed carry permit from Tennessee or from any other state, from bringing a firearm onto their property.

The Event Organizer is requiring fans agree to the terms below prior to ticket purchases & event entry. Please note these confirmations will apply to all members of your party before they are allowed to enter the event and to any users of the tickets purchased by you. By purchasing tickets for this event, I confirm that at the time of the event I will have received a negative COVID-19 test within 72-hours of the event, OR be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (14 days past final vaccination shot). Children under 12 years of age will be required to take a COVID-19 test within 72-hours before the event, and will provide proof of negative result prior to entering the venue. Mask wearing will be encouraged. Entry requirements are subject to change.

Bag Policy:

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”).

Mask Requirements:

Those who are not vaccinated should wear a mask per CDC guidelines, and masks are strongly recommended for all fans when not eating or drinking. Please be respectful of your fellow fans and their space during your time with us.

Mobile Ticketing:

All 2021 events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print (for previously scheduled shows where you selected print at home or mail, your tickets will be honored accordingly).

You have two options to access your tickets:

1. Add tickets to your mobile wallet by downloading the Live Nation App.

- Click My Tickets and select your upcoming show.

- Add the ticket(s) to your phone's wallet and you're done!

- Present your mobile ticket(s) at entry

Additional Tips:

Purchase tickets for a group? Arriving separately? Transfer tickets directly to friends and family using the Live Nation App. To expedite entry, we recommend doing this prior to arriving at the event.

Enhanced Cleaning & Sanitation:

Before each event begins and after each event concludes, our staff will disinfect all high-touch areas within the venue, including seats, lawn chairs, handrails, elevator buttons, merchandise stands, restrooms, bars, and concession areas. There will also be enhanced cleaning procedures throughout the show.

Hand Sanitizing Dispensers will be located prominently throughout the venue. Each unit will be checked every 30 minutes to ensure the units have adequate product.

Disinfectant wipes will be readily available in high-touch areas, including bathrooms, dining & picnic tables, bars and concessions areas throughout the venue.

Cashless Payment:

Cashless payment available at all points of sale and is recommended.

Health & Safety:

If you feel sick, stay home. Know the symptoms of COVID-19, which can include the following: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and diarrhea.

At the request of the artist, all attendees of this event must have received a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of attending. Guests not wishing to provide a negative test result can voluntarily show proof of full vaccination instead. In attending the event, you certify and attest that you and all individuals in your party attending the event:

All fans must provide printed proof of a negative COVID-19 test (PCR or antigen) obtained within 72 hours prior to entering the venue.

Before You Arrive:

Print-at-home tickets cannot be scanned from mobile devices for entry to most shows.  To avoid a delay at the door, please make sure you have printed your tickets before heading to the venue or have your digital tickets pulled up on your phone with your screen brightness turned up.  Will call tickets are available for pick up at the venue, and require a photo ID for collection. It’s always a good idea to bring your confirmation email with you as well.

Getting Here:

There is no parking garage officially affiliated with the venue, but there are many nearby options.  Learn more about them here. Parking downtown can take some time, so we recommend accounting for that when planning your arrival time to the venue.

Entering the Venue:

We take the security of our patrons, staff, and artists very seriously, and recommend allocating at least 30 extra minutes to the time you would normally aim to arrive at the venue to allow for entry procedures. If there is a line, it will progress quickly; we’re moving a large volume of people safely and efficiently through security.

We do not have a clear bag policy, but we do not allow backpacks and large bags (exceeding 11”x17”) into the venue for the safety and comfort of all attendees. Necessary diaper bags and medical bags are permitted. All bags and purses are subject to inspection.

Weapons of any kind are prohibited, along with illegal substances, outside food and drink, and items that would be disruptive to other fans and/or artists. All patrons are subject to wanding and bag searches upon entry.Professional photography gear (cameras with detachable lenses and/or are larger than a standard shirt pocket), video, and audio recording devices are not allowed into the venue without a previously approved press credential.

During the Show:

If there is an artist request for no mobile phone photography/recording, signs will be clearly posted around the venue, and we ask that all fans respect their wishes.  

Please always be mindful of your fellow patrons when using your mobile device during a show.  If you do capture a moment that you’d like to share on social media, you can tag us using @acllive, #acllive, or the ACL Live location.

We are a non-smoking venue.  You will need to completely exit the venue and proceed down to the street level if you wish to smoke.  You may re-enter the venue after; there are very few shows at which re-entry is not permitted, and those will be clearly indicated at the venue gates.

On average, our shows end around 11PM.  However, they may end earlier or later, depending on the preference of the performer.
