I need adequate information about what’s going to happen in order to be able to make an informed decision going forward. It’s not about “I don’t want to go anymore.” It’s about being able to plan vs. the lack of communication by Harry & his team that’s impeding this

im actually really disappointed and infuriated how they handling this, like it has been radio silent for months absolute no communication not even a tweet being like we are working on rescheduling it for later this year then we get rescheduled in the middle of the night not even from harry but ticketmaster shit. They should be so embarrassed even harry, people have a right to be mad

Like give us the barest fucking crumb. Even IF you haven’t got an exact confirmed plan just a “we’re working on rescheduling” or “we’re still considering the situation” would have been helpful. Or, if they haven’t made changes since last announcement, a “We currently plan to proceed with the dates we set, but will let you know if anything changes.” just ANYTHING. do the bare minimum
Deadass the only way Ticketmaster and SeatGeek could make this right is to refund everyone and start over but that would also bring its own set of complications

There's no excuse for not keeping us informed but I think they've rly struggled to know wtf do about this tour to minimise the potentially huge financial losses. Unfortunately rescheduling ended up being the worst call bc now lots can technically go ahead so contracts probably have to be fulfilled but some can't and people will be split about whether they can go or if they even want to. The whole things a mess. I hope he is apologetic (for his sake lol bc everyone gonna get madder yet)
Don’t get me wrong I sympathize with the situation they find themselves in - it’s not like they knew the pandemic was gonna happen when these tickets went on sale in mid 2019. And I get that it’s a nightmare to try and sort through too, with the world constantly shifting and safety still an uncertainty. Like…rock meet hard place. And the cause of the situation (the pandemic) isn’t their fault, but like ya said the whole thing is a mess rip
i’m so glad seeing you and your anons say this. i’ve mentioned this to other blogs here and the general consensus was that this sort of attitude is entitled? i had a friend who was going to have to fly in from out of state, and luckily we held off on buying tickets *for next month*, and now we know for a fact she won’t make the rescheduled show. even a basic we’re rescheduling tweet a few weeks ago would’ve been helpful
Glad we could relate, and I believe that this was sent before Harry’s insta post + statement, but I don’t think that your attitude was entitled at all - these are things we need to know so we can, ya know, book the non-refundable flights & lock in the plans we need to lock in
