Safari Guide - Alex
Ah yeah, dude, I remember this one! These guys were so much fun to tour! We ended up having to grab this brutal ol' jalopy to get carted around in, but it worked out fine except for one big thing--no working A/C in this hunk of junk. I started off the tour in my typical uniform, of course, but the heat that day was seriously just... damn unreal. I soaked right through my polo and my cargos were chafing me like crazy. These guys were totally chill with letting me be a bit more comfortable so I could focus on touring them, but honestly, I noticed they stopped paying attention to the tour, but I just kept doing my gig. It was honestly funny following their eyes as I gestured to things we were passing by and stuff, especially when I had to half-stand in that junk-wagon. Didn't help that the path we were driving on was an especially bumpy one--the guys were bumping around all over the place, and while I'm guessing some of the jostling was unintentional, it started to seem like they were aiming for landing into or on me. I played oblivious to let them have their fun, of course! He laughs. It was just a bit embarrassing to see their shirts dampen more with each collision. He rolls his eyes at your intrigued gaze. I seriously couldn't cool off, man... don't even give me that look. Also, I like, barely ever get to sell the group photos at the end, but everyone went home with one on this tour... and then we got calls asking for it from others--I'm guessing friends of theirs? It was weird, but a bit of pocket change never hurt anyone. They might be changing my uniform soon, though.
