Apolline and Alain Delacour became famous in France by selling charmed curiosities for the wizarding homes. Whether it was kitchen appliances that sang, or rare magical ivy facial treatments, the French wizarding community went crazy every time they launched a new line. It’s unknown whether the origin of their sensation has to do with the fact that Apolline is half-veela, while Alain is a quarter veela himself or not. It’s extremely difficult to say no to a pair like that.
While they travelled the country giving interviews and promoting their products, her daughters, Fleur and Gabrielle, stayed at home with Apolline’s mother - the veela Héléne Fornier.
