It's quite amazing what things like art, music, or a certain person can do.
So I have ADHD and Tourette’s, because I have Tourette’s I fidget and have certain things I do without noticing like pretty noticeable face twitches and just just random “ticks” I call them, my ADHD causes me to not focus easily and also it makes me over think a LOT, but when I do stuff like draw, sing, listen to music, or I’m with someone that means a lot to me, it all just stops, all the “ticks” and all the overthinking, it all just stops and goes away, those things help me get away from it all for a while, that’s how powerful those kinds of things can be on someone like me…
Uh, just to get this out there, my name (url... whatever) is Super Sonic Squeaker because that is my 'super hero' name. I have Tourettes Syndrome and it sounds like I am squeaking- kind of like a baby cheetah. So my sister and I decided that if I were a super hero, I could use my squeaks as super sonic attacks to save the world. Thus, Super Sonic Squeaker.
