That sounds like a difficult situation, we can see why you’d start to get frustrated. When dealing with ghostly entities, it’s important to realise that they may not always be capable of communicating as clearly as we’d like them to.

You mentioned they did accept an offering from you, so that’s a great step already! To move forward, we’d advise you to try and open official communications via an official seance.
