Hey so, I was scrolling through your blog, shop and kickstarter when i noticed that on the kickstarter, the knight stories anthology hasn't began yet, but on your website you can buy it. I'm guessing that means there will be no kickstarter

Sorry for the confusion LOL, we DID do a campaign for this a few years ago to print a final run of the minis & the collected hardcover anthology. The new campaign we've got a page up for (and still have to finalise) is aimed for end of September 2024 to print a collected softcover anthology.

I've been a bit scatterbrained so I haven't had a chance quite yet to finalise the preview page (and Kickstarter just recently gave us an update where we CAN add extra info about the project vs just having a project image & email signups). I'm also still working on the new cover design for the softcover so we're using the hardcover photos we got as a placeholder for now. (If the campaign does well enough we'd LOVE to bring back a version of the hardcover <3)

TL;DR there IS gonna be a campaign this year for a softcover printing of the anthology.

17. What’s something you’ve learned about while doing research for a fic?

oh i have learned all sorts of things during my research for deep end. i've learned that boxing matches don't just end when someone gets knocked out, louvre admission is free to students, the buses and trains in paris don't run all night (this is probably obvious to people who live in cities but i'm from a small town with zero public transportation so i've just assumed subways run all night), i have learned ALL sort of things about polyamory and polycules... the google rabbit holes i've gone down just in the last months are crazy. and don't get me started on the work i've done translating PDFs from the city of paris and the sorbonne from french to english pretty much exclusively with my duolingo knowledge just for throwaway one-liners <3
