To those of you who own a Scraphook, Axlegrease, and/or Tow-Line, here’s an idea you could do if you want any of them to look a little more differently from eachother, by way of placement of their exhaust pipes-
Scrap’s truck is post-apocalypse, so ideally his pipes could be angled upward for a more hotrod aesthetic. Tow is a traditional truck, so placing his pipes on the door let’s them point upward while being on the rear ends of the cab. Comparatively, Axle is a car, so her pipes can jet backward, akin to stylized mufflers.
For robot mode… I like to attach Tow’s pipes to the wheels on the shoulders, so they can mimic how they look on his truck mode; Scrap’s look better on his back, because it looks more steampunk/frankenstein. For Axle, I do the same schtick I did with Tow, because having them hang off the shoulders makes it look like she moves faster.
But of course, you are still always free to let your imagination dictate how your figures should look, so feel free to play with them however you want.
