Actualmente en obra, el polémico proyecto del estudio Dujovne-Hirsch busca restituir el espacio del viejo teatro Odeón . La torre, básicamente de oficinas, tendrá una altura de nada menos que 32 pisos, con seis subsuelos con cocheras y el teatro de cámara con capacidad para cuatrocientos espectadores con entrada sobre la calle Esmeralda. The controversial project of the Dujovne-Hirsch studio aims to restore the space of the old Odeon theater. The tower, basically of offices, will have a height of no less than 32 floors, with six basements with carports and the theater of camera with capacity for four hundred spectators with entrance on the Esmeralda street.
