Look back at some neon glimpsed this past weekend. Essentially, here's the inception of "All Things Must Pass" a documentary that was released last year that chronicles the rise and fall of Tower Records. In 1960, Russell Solomon opened the first Tower Records store on Watt Avenue, in Sacramento, California.
