"Currently" can include the place you are about to move to. "Live" means at least semi-permanent/expected to stay for a long period, not just a vacation/visit (e.g. if you're visiting a friend for a month, you don't live there, but if you're at university, you can say you live there). Suburbs count as part of the city.
