Scruff sees strength as something people have in different ways. She believes people have different types of strength (you could be strong in intelligence, strong in fighting, etc) but she doesn’t judge people on their own personal strengths unless they flaunt them.
What really matters to her, and what she kind of considers to be the most important, defining strength, is strength of will. Someone weak of will is just weak in her eyes, no matter how strong they are in anything else. But, the problem is that she has incredibly high standards for that strength, and when someone isn’t as hardy or determined as she thinks they could be, she labels them as weak.
She doesn’t look down on people she thinks are weak other than herself, but that’s a whole ‘nother beast (she firmly believes that all people should be treated as equal unless their an asshole), but she kinda just sticks that label on them in her mind, and is probably less likely to rely on them in the future. Those who are weak aren’t lesser, they’re just.. unreliable.
