Sport Ball: How absorbed is your muse into sports? Do they work out a lot? Not at all? Tell us about their habits.

Scruff loves sports! She likes most things involving competition, but sports are especially great because of how physical they are. Watching a good game/match is always fun no matter who’s playing, because she gets caught up in the action very quickly. Scruff likes playing sports too! Like I said before, she’d get involved in anything competitive.

As far as working out goes, she doesn’t really have a workout routine, but between walking everywhere and getting in a fair amount of scraps she stays in pretty good shape.

Day 2: Favorite Dark type - #560 Scrafty

Scrafty is a neat little critter. Unique typing, neat gimmick(Shed Skin+Rest), nice bulk, and to top it all off, a pretty sweet design. Actually makes the whole hooded, baggy pants wearing, hoodlum look, endearing.

And wearing shedded skin as a hoodie and baggy pants is genius design.

Scruff sees strength as something people have in different ways. She believes people have different types of strength (you could be strong in intelligence, strong in fighting, etc) but she doesn’t judge people on their own personal strengths unless they flaunt them.

What really matters to her, and what she kind of considers to be the most important, defining strength, is strength of will. Someone weak of will is just weak in her eyes, no matter how strong they are in anything else. But, the problem is that she has incredibly high standards for that strength, and when someone isn’t as hardy or determined as she thinks they could be, she labels them as weak.

She doesn’t look down on people she thinks are weak other than herself, but that’s a whole ‘nother beast (she firmly believes that all people should be treated as equal unless their an asshole), but she kinda just sticks that label on them in her mind, and is probably less likely to rely on them in the future. Those who are weak aren’t lesser, they’re just.. unreliable.

Scruff loves all kinds of snacks! She’s always on the move, so she never really has time cause she doesn’t give herself time to sit down and eat a full meal. So all she really eats are snacks! Nowadays it’s mostly berries (sour ones are her favorite! especially iapapa berries) and other fruits/whatever she can find. 

When she was with her team, her trainer kind of spoiled them when it came to snacks and desserts. They tried to eat healthy but they ate plenty of junk food (they’d get pizza multiple days a week). Scruff’s favorite snack (and also her favorite food) is cheese puffs! She hasn’t had them in a long time but she loved them back then, and her teammates would even tease her about it sometimes.

Scruff evolved very soon after she was caught, so she kind of views it as a turning point in her life. With evolution came her introduction to human life and society, which impacted her view on the world. Evolution was the beginning of a new life and the first step to growing up.

    It was underneath a particularly large, towering tree in the forest that Scruff had decided to rest for the night. After burying her bag in whatever nature had to offer (she had learned early on never to leave any possessions out in the open during the night), she sat down, leaned against the tree, let out a humongous yawn, and drifted off to sleep.

    Her early awakening the next morning was a rather rude one. Some unlucky soul walking by had neglected to notice the Scrafty asleep on the ground and stepped on her tail. She hadn’t even opened her eyes before her reflexes kicked in and she leapt into the perpetrator head first, headbutting them as hard as she could.

    Scruff sighed heavily as she walked down the sidewalk, dragging her bag behind her. Humans passing by gave her curious looks, but none were curious enough to stray from what they were doing. Her scathing glare didn’t encourage investigation either.

    Every few weeks, Scruff would head to the nearest PokeMart to exchange the Pokedollars she’d earned for whatever items she could afford. It was never that much (just enough for a few potions most of the time) because most pokemon didn’t carry currency, but over a few weeks it would build up, and she figured it was best to get rid of it before it started weighing down her pack. Primrose City happened to be the closest town this time, so she headed into the streets.

    At this point Scruff was very irritated and very lost. Navigation in a bustling city was near impossible for a pokemon her size, but she still felt that a PokeMart shouldn’t be that hard to find in a place like this, no matter how small you are.

    Luckily, she spotted a shining blue beacon of hope a block down. She was relieved, but still just as irked by the crowd and the time it took to get there.

    Not in any kind of mood for formalities, Scruff stomped through the doors, leapt on top of the counter, dumped out every dollar she had and pointed at where the potions were.

    “Scraffscraff scrafty scraff,” she demanded.
