Despite how good of an actor Joey is... no, he can't. He can reach the point of tears over a lot of things and from a lot of different feelings but oftentimes he tries to hold it in. It's not something he's ever been able to force to happen.

A greeting to one of his partners almost always involves a kiss, as long as it wouldn't attract negative attention. To someone he's just friends with it's usually just a very enthusiastic hello

1, I wanna know about him lying

“What’s the lie he tells most often?”

He’s a chronic “I’m fine” user but since that never actually convinces anyone I’m disqualifying it. I can’t think of any repeat lies he’s told over the course of the game, but I think he usually tends to use “I forgot/I didn’t know” since he’s very good at playing dumb.

Though I think his lies are generally pretty varied—he’s a very good liar and uses it to his advantage in many situations
