ALMOST EXTINCT

What do you do with species that are almost extinct? You put them in a zoo for all to see.

You know what's an interesting fact? There will soon be more LEGO minifigs on this earth than people (if not already the case).

Think about the following: if mankind would somehow disappear from the earth in a hundred years or so, minifigs will still populate the earth. It means all these figs will outlast every person on this planet.

To me this is a very interesting idea. That's what this picture is about. It's about plastic people outliving us all.

And another interesting idea, the planet would probably be better off with 8 billion minifigs than with 8 billion people :-)

For all these LEGO figs to come and see one of the last living human beings, it just makes me think and I hope it will do the same to some of you :-) I also like the fact that this picture turns the roles upside down. Mostly it's humans watching minifigs. In this case, it's the other way round...
