so your theme really isn't anything awful, especially for someone new to tumblr. you should have seen my first blog hahaah! Personally my favorite kind of themes have just a white background with a cool sidebar or header, and then an updates tab or two. my friend meg made this awesome theme masterpost, which I'll link right here.
