ohhh man some of the younger kids for sure. my first reaction is definitely to say thoma and lani, i always see them becoming fucking hilarious as they get older. they would tease ray sooo hard i bet. like oh man you got it bad dont you? living your life for them. growing as a person for them. CRINGE. all with love of course but yk how brothers be<3
honestly i dont ever really imagine any of them being overly shocked because like- with the exception of the Youngest ones all of these kids watched the three of them grow up together for at Least a few years, and they all saw how close they were. so it just kinda makes sense that yk. theyd be together in this as well. i think there could be funny potential in gilda and anna or whoever else arguing about if emma is in love with norman or ray and emmas just like. surprise :D frankly i think most of the humor is gonna come fromt teasing ray. that boy is so teasable. loser boy in love<3

his advice may be the hard slap to the face but it was what everyone needed, his words bringing hope to you and your group
oliver was a dear person to you and you hate that you can't show how much you appreciate his kindness and soft tone when he wants to heal your wounds
that's why you stick alongside him as an assistant, you could call yourself that since you brainstorm plans with him the most and show the group ideas on how to survive
it's the least you could do since he was there for you from the very start
whenever you get terribly sick, he was always the first to tend to you and feed you food and tells you not to overwork yourself
it's feelings forming in you that you want to ignore, this wasn't the best place to fall in love, you say but were you actually in too deep?
how he's fast on his feet to defend and drag you away when your legs don't move and you freeze to the freakishly tall demons who were seconds away from grabbing you if it wasn't for oliver
telling to try your best to focus and try to protect the other new kids who just joined and you nodded, roughly patting his back to assure him you got this
from how many times you save each other from near death situations makes your heart race, heck it could even beat more faster to how you're feeling right now trying to gather up the others
that's why you nearly had a heart attack when he fell on his knees to the sharp claws of a demon's hand who pierced itself through oliver's skin which he tried taking in to protect everyone
lucas immediately patched him up, trying to keep his cool so anyone wouldn't panic over his condition even more than they were now
his closed eyes freaked you out more when he laid on the ground, stomach wrapped in bandage and you uncontrollably teared up messily, cannot even getting a hold on your emotions as your crush lay still on the matress in front of you
lucas immediately held you in his arms, rubbing your back and telling you to calm down and do this for oliver

focus, a word you try to always do because of the boy you fell in love with but what if he was the reason you couldn't do it in the first place?
when he woke up? you were careful not to jump on him and you sniffled hugging him, he was suprised to see you cry but he understands, anyone would be in the state of shock and panic, they would cry
after escaping goldy pond, it was time for both of you to heal,
from the monstrosity of that place that was harder hell, it was weird to just relax in the state of peace with everyone
you worry from time to time of oliver's state and he could see it in your eyes and he easily calms you down by holding your hand and squeezing it, telling you that he's okay
the rarest moments in which you smiled is where he'll always cherish it forever
when times change and everyone could be at peace in the human world, everyone did not waste their time there and of course enjoyed every passing minute
you've joined in on oliver and violet as pilots and laughed along with everyone when emma was really shocked to see a plane being infront of her house
violet could catch on with your crush with how many times you glaned at oliver when he focused on the controls and switches
violet would slide over to you and whisper in your ear with how long you've been staring at oliver with a wicked grin on her face
your heart quickly beats and you shook your head, asking her why would she think of that
"you're a bad liar y/n, just confess. he probably is dying to tell you that he likes you too"
wellll you don't know about that, maybe he has to say it first? with how much self control he tries not to fluster on the switches when your eyes are on him, how could he confess that he likes you?
tpn would have 2-4 seasons if cloverworks took their time on it
Aight here's a norayemma ask.. How/when did they realize how they felt towards each other, and how did they confess?

it is my personal opinion that Ray has- more or less- always known about his feelings towards the other two. even if he didnt know they were romantic per say, he's always known that they were different.
i tend to be all over the place with the confession thing. no matter what i can't ever see ray confessing first due to guilt or self hatred or not wanting to make them feel like they Had to accept him or whatever.
i think norman has always known that he's loved emma. with the pretty stringent gender roles at grace field, it's easy to imagine that similar sentiments surrounding straight culture we see nowadays would be present there- if only much more minorly. so it makes sense to me to think that, based on what he's read and learned from his older siblings, he would have always presumed/known his love from emma was romantic. while i do think he has loved ray for around just as long, i dont think he'd realize until post lambda that his feelings were romantic. i think his feelings for emma and her just. overwhelming brightness would have kind of blinded norman to ray if that makes sense? since ray knew the secret, he always kept to himself so, while they were all still friends of course, it would make more sense that norman wouldn't realize just how attached he was to ray, especially considering there was no type of. almost desperate trauma bond sort of attachment like ray had for them since norman lived in ignorance the whole time pre cannon. so ray was just his quiet distant friend. i think being away from ray and emma would show norman how his feelings were similar because he would miss them in the same way. again, it was different at grace field because he overwhelmingly lived in ignorance there, but once there was more pressure and fear and just. generally stronger feelings. norman would realize a lot faster that he loved them both the same way. this comic by vinokurin_purin on instagram sums it up pretty well lol.
emma is a bit harder for me for whatever reason, while i do tend to think they wouldnt ever "officially" get together, in cases where they do, it would never be pre human world, so i always tend not to worry about emma much since she would have to start over basically😭 it's very common for people to write her not realizing her feelings for the boys were romantic for a very long time (whether or not she realizes post canon) because she just loves her family that much so i tend to lean towards that because i'm used to it lmao. so i tend to see her only realizing her feelings for the boys either like- when one of them confesses, or when someone else in her family points out that it's not normal to think/do x thing about/with them iykwim? i reallyyyy enjoy writing her re-getting to know them and falling in love with them all over again post canon so. do with that what you will.
What do you think are small, inexpensive gifts that REN likes to give to their partners?
i think norman would get really into painting after theyve settled in the human world. i imagine he would have high as fuck blood pressure and his dr would prescribe him something to Chill Out and he would take up painting. he'd paint little canvases for them, and i think he'd paint book marks for ray, or the covers of hard cover books that were just solid colors otherwise. eventually he would learn to paint them but thats not really answering the question akdbwobd
to me, ray is the obsessive type. because im the ovsessive type. so i think he'd get them gifts related to whatever he may be obsessed with that also reminded him of them. he would make them mixtapes of all the songs he likes that remind him of them<3 ive always loved the hc that he studies flower language, so he'd get little bouqets for them sometimes. very very low hanging fruit but he'd make them their favorite meals on especially bad days.
emma is a bit harder for me, especially post canon because i always try to answer these In Canon where she is having to relearn them and all but. i think she would just pick up on their interests yk. maybe get a cd copy of an album ray has listened to near constantly for the past week, or getting little organizational pieces for normans office. i always read her as very physically affectionate over very gift giving sooooo. i be strugglin
So I have a headcanon that Christy is transfem. It literally started from a joke because I've seen "Chris" and "Christy" both. But it grew on me. I imagine her playing a lot with Yvette and other young girls and eventually realize she likes Christy better than Chris. (Though I eventually call her Cherise). She doesn't understand what it means until reaching the human world. It's so cute.
