Business wise and work wise, specially, there was no one they think could've done the job of being their leader as good as Keeho does. He's definitely the right guy, according to them.
Now, although Keeho may be a very good friend to all, as well as someone who truly worries and cares about his group members, he's not the type to sugarcoat anything nor baby anyone. When things have to be done or to be said, he will do it no matter what, so they perceive him as a leader who's fair and level-headed. Even if there is conflict within the group or someone is failing to do their part, he also always makes sure they are able to keep moving forward and get the work done. He may often remind them, too, to keep their personal issues and differences out of their professional partnership, as that is really the only way they can work together efficiently and adequately at all times. And so, all in all, he's perceived as a very driven, competent and discerning person; also, someone who's an all rounder and very confident, yet not fully self-absorbed (which would, of course, be a big problem for them).
At times, though, he may become a little too cold or overly goal-oriented and, for those members who are a bit more sensitive, that is for sure evident, and perhaps even a little annoying and disheartening, if you will. Still, I don't see him often being the reason why they argue or why anyone's feeling down for long. They all respect him quite a lot as a leader, even if some may disagree with him from time to time. And, related to that, too, despite whatever differences and clashes there are between Keeho and other members, I believe he's pretty much always capable of putting that aside so that it doesn't affect his work (as he tells them to do as well, I believe).
