i purposefully had to stop myself from making this too complicated several times. im trying to keep these simple (for my sanity....)

ANYWAY, enter our first little void beast species! the falsifiers!!

simply put, they are false cats. they wander about mostly hunting down void rats and ocassionally gathering in large groups on the rooftops. they can sometimes be pretty standoffish, but not all of them!

several of the hermits keep one as a pet even! (Scar, Keralis, Hypno)

that said, wels isnt a fan.

Xisuma and wels take Hypno to the aquarium for his birthday! Happy birthday Hypno!!

have some welsno i made a while back, Hypno is a lil upset wels is actually able to do a pushup with him on his back.

“Xisuma?! What the hell? How long did you stand there?” Wels sits up, frowning at the darkened silhouette of the other man as he hunches over.

“Ah! Sorry, I couldn't pass it up. You seemed so distracted you didn't even notice me walk in!” He snickered, seeming to reach up to his face. It was dark enough that he couldn't really tell what he was doing, but something became very clear, very quickly.

He had his armor off. 

Wels tried to shake off his bewilderment, pushing himself to stand up and face him from between the couch. He stared for a moment, letting the man fully lose the giggles that plagued him moments ago. Without any kind of warning, his antenna flickered to life again, painting the man in a gentle blue. 

Wels blinked.

Gods, he was pretty.
