yet another stab to my beloved radio station. unfortunately it’s a public radio and it means that the government can get their disgusting hands on it. and for the past 5 years more and more wonderful, talented, professional journalists and music presenters were fired or forced to leave. the government and their people slowly and gradually destroyed it, chopping off finger after finger, limb after limb, now it feels like they stabbed right into the heart.
it’s more than just radio, it’s like a family... it’s the familiar voices i grew up with, it was with me for my whole life, helping me discover beautiful music and culture. all these people working in trójka put so much heart in their work, connecting the listeners with the artists. it meant so much to me and many other people and many polish artists and musicians.
what happened this weekend really exceeded every limits of decency. it’s censorship. it’s disgusting and just plain fucking stupid.
